3rd Generation Cleaners & Alterations provides dry cleaning, stain removal, clothing alterations and tailoring, wedding gown cleaning and preservation, wash-fluff-fold laundry, and specialty cleaning. Quotes, estimates, and pricing

We provide honest, upfront pricing before work begins. Quotes and estimates are based on the item and the work required as assessed by our staff. If additional issues are discovered once work is underway, we will discuss any changes and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Garment care and liability

We handle every garment and item with care and use professional methods appropriate to the fabric and construction. However, some items carry inherent risks due to age, condition, prior treatment, or manufacturer defects and care labels. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited as permitted under applicable California law governing cleaning and laundry services. Please point out stains, delicate materials, and special instructions when you drop off your items.

Drop-off, pickup, and unclaimed items

You agree to pick up your items in a timely manner once they are ready. Items left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage handling or disposal as permitted by law. Please keep your claim ticket, as it may be required for pickup.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time items are picked up, unless other arrangements are made. You are responsible for the full amount of services rendered.
