How fast is your turnaround?
Most orders are ready quickly — many customers have their garments cleaned and back in about a day. Let us know if you are on a deadline and we will do our best to accommodate a rush.
Do you do alterations in-house?
Yes. Our in-house seamstress, Mrs. Hong, handles hemming, resizing, zipper and seam repairs, and tailoring personally. No appointment needed — just bring your garment in.
Where are you located?
Our main shop is at 1380 East Avenue in Chico, and we also have a convenient drop-off and pickup point at Parcels Plus (Drop-off & Pickup) in Paradise.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed Sunday.
Do you clean specialty and household items?
Yes. Along with everyday clothing we clean comforters, coats, rugs, horse blankets, band uniforms, choir robes, costumes, patio cushions, and more. If you are unsure, just ask.
Is your cleaning eco-friendly?
We offer eco-friendly cleaning that is gentle on your garments and the environment, while still delivering the fresh, professional results our customers expect.
